Director of Philanthropy

Fort Wayne Civic Theatre, the 2nd largest community theatre in Indiana and one of the oldest in the nation, is seeking a Director of Philanthropy. This position reports to the Executive/Artistic Director and is responsible for all aspects of fund development programs such as donor-based gifting and benefits, planned giving, grant research, writing and reporting, alumni relations, corporate matching funds, campaigns, and annual Gala, including assisting on special events. Will be involved in budget process of fund development programs to meet financial goals, will execute all campaigns, and strengthen the overall financials. Prepare account receivables and payables for accounting services and review and approve Expensify reports. Excellent benefits. Salary Range: 50-65k.

Costume Assistant/Rental Manager

Fort Wayne Civic Theatre is looking for a full-time Costume Assistant/Rental Manager with volunteer supervision experience to start May/June 2026. This is a salaried position with a strong benefit package; paid health insurance (Salary: Low-Mid Forties). Responsibilities Include: advanced sewing skills, strong construction skills, coordinate, train and supervise volunteers/dressers, and oversee costume rentals in coordination with the Costume/Designer
