Executive/Artistic Director

The Fort Wayne Civic Theatre, celebrating its 100th Anniversary in 2027-2028, is seeking a full-time Executive/Artistic Director. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the position is responsible for the Administrative, Personnel, and Artistic functions of the organization, and serves as the liaison between the Board of Directors and Committees including Finance, Development, Personnel, Marketing, Fundraising, Artistic, Facilities, etc. A degree in Theatre and/or experience in not-for-profit theatre management preferred. Excellent benefit package. Compensation commensurate with experience.
