Fort Wayne Civic Theatre is a 501(c)(3) organization and donations to it may be tax deductible.
As a thank you for your generous gift of $100 or more, you will receive the following exclusive benefits for the next 12 months:
- Your name will be prominently listed in our program books for a full year following your donation
- You will receive exclusive invitations to our private Donor Appreciation Receptions, held right before the show on Opening Night (see below for details).
Donors of $1,000 or more throughout the season are also invited to our Annual Donor Appreciation Reception, typically held in February.
Every gift, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference. Your donation directly supports our daily operations and keeps our mission moving forward!

$200 - $349 Supporting Role
$350 - $599 Lead Role
$600 - $999 Musician
$1,000 - $2,499 Stagehand
$2,500 - $4,999 Technician
$5,000 - $7,499 Stage Manager
$7,500 - $14,999 Designer
$15,000 and beyond Choreographer
OPENING NIGHT RECEPTIONS
Experience the excitement of Opening Night with our exclusive Donor Appreciation Receptions!
One hour before curtain, join us for catered refreshments, complimentary bottled water, and soft drinks. For our guests 21+, a cash bar is also available.
A donation of $100 or more will secure your invitation for the 12 months following the date of donation. Tickets to the show are required and are not included. Receptions are invitation only, and RSVPs are required prior to each reception.
PLANNED GIVING: THE ENCORE SOCIETY
Set the stage for those who follow with a planned gift to the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre that will continue to perform after you are gone.
