BOX OFFICE HOURS & LOCATION: The Box Office is open for ticket sales to the general public two weeks before the opening of each performance.  Hours of operation are from Noon to 6PM Monday through Friday and 11AM to 3PM on Saturday. The opening dates for each show are listed below.  Group pricing, discounts and other information may be found at the end of this page and by clicking here. For shows at the Arts United Center (AUC), the Box Office is located at the main entrance of the Arts United Center.  Tickets for performances at the Allen County Public Library (ACPL) are sold from the Civic Theatre's Business office located at the back of the Arts United Center. Tickets may also be purchased at the performance venue one hour before show time.   In order to provide better service to patrons at the venue, the phones are not attended during this pre-show time. 		With stadium style seating the Arts United Center seats 631 people and has an elevator for wheelchair accessibility and special needs patrons.  Please mention any special seating requirements to the box office when ordering tickets.

"Civic Off-Main" productions at the Allen County Public Library
The downtown library's recent renovation includes a fixed-seat, accessible auditorium for lectures, dramatic and musical performances.  As a part of the Civic Theatre's ambitious growth and outreach initiatives, the Civic Off-Main performances are slated for this venue.

GROUP PRICING:  • Discount of $1 per ticket available for groups over 20.  • Discount of $2 per ticket available for groups over 50. DISCOUNTS: Members may buy additional tickets at a discount for their adult guests!  • Shows at the Arts United Center receive a discount of $2 each.  • Shows at the Allen County Public Library receive a discount of $1 each. GIFT CERTIFICATES:  Give the gift of live theatre--anytime!  Gift certificates from the Civic Theatre are available in any amount and never   expire. POLICIES: • Coupons or special offers limited to one ticket only. • Only one discount allowed per ticket. • Children under two years of age will not be admitted to Civic shows. • Each patron will require a ticket. • All sales are final and there are no refunds. • Civic Theatre Members are extended the benefit of exchanging their tickets until one hour prior to curtain for a different performance of the same show at no charge. • Non-members will be charged a $2.00 fee to exchange tickets. • Tickets for one show may not be exchanged for another show, only for another performance of the same show. • In the event of an unavoidable change, Fort Wayne Civic Theatre reserves the right to present a substitute show, artist, date or venue. • All presentations and dates are subject to change. • Reservations will be automatically applied to any replacement show in the same season. • Please turn off the sound function on all cell phones, pagers and watches prior to the start of a performance. • Recording devices and photography are not permitted during a performance!
